HERE TO HELP
Help for home and class
Find your next step, recover a saved record or get help with access.
Find a place to start
Choose one math idea and try the demonstration together. Objects and paper are enough. Games use a free adult account; a learner profile is optional.
My learner or progress is missing
Learner records live in the browser where the practice happened. Signing in on another device, in a different browser or in a private window does not bring them along. Open the original browser, export a learner backup, then import that file on the new device. Review the preview before restoring. If the original records were cleared and there is no backup, we do not have a server copy to restore.
I played, but there is no progress
Choose a learner in the activity’s Who’s playing control to save practice under their name. Just play stays unattributed. Anonymous classroom tools do not add progress. A skill with little or no recorded evidence is not a judgment about what a child can do.
My school Microsoft account needs approval
Your district may require its administrator to approve an application or assign access. Use the request-approval option on Microsoft’s screen if your district provides it, or ask school IT to review the request. Include the app name, the time and the error code shown. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or learner records. Public tools and guides remain available while access is arranged.
Information for school IT
Check the sign-in error against the enterprise application, requested permissions, consent policy and user assignment. Approval depends on your district’s configuration.
School IT can use Microsoft’s “Troubleshoot consent issues” guidance. Contact us with the error code and request time if application configuration needs investigation.
Sign-in failed or I used a different provider
Try the provider you originally used: Google or Microsoft. If the page says the email is already used by another method, use that original method. Accounts are not automatically linked just because email addresses match. Use your browser’s Back action to return to sign-in and retry the activity you selected.
Class code requests and expiry
A person reviews teacher-code requests and replies from privacy@zaiphr.ai within two school days. Check your inbox and spam folder. If that time has passed, contact us with the school name and request date. Redeemed access and its expiry appear in Settings. Games, practice quests and progress remain free when a code expires.
Family membership or checkout needs attention
Sign in with the account used for the purchase, then check Settings. Manage Subscription opens billing management when a billing account is available, including after a payment problem. If a payment went through but access has not updated, refresh Settings and contact us with the account email and payment date before trying another purchase. Never send full card details.
Choose and print a worksheet
Open a sheet to choose an exercise, or all practice exercises. An exercise may span several sheets of paper. Include the package answer key only when you want it. If the print dialog does not open, use Open in new tab to print the complete original package. In either case, check your printer’s page preview. Free home cards work without a membership.
Account data, deletion and shared devices
Settings includes account export, subscription management and account deletion. Account export is separate from learner backup. Signing out or deleting an account does not clear learner records from this browser. Export a learner backup first, then use Clear this device’s learner data before handing a shared computer on.
Still need a hand?
Email our support contact at privacy@zaiphr.ai. Tell us the page, device/browser and what you expected to happen. Please leave children’s names, work and backup files out of the message.
The signed-in menu also includes Send feedback. How requests and feedback are handled.
